Some projects die twice. First when development stops, and then again when nothing around them remembers they existed.
This site exists to stop that second death.
What This Place Is
A half baked website with some features and a easy to build system to allow me to throw stuff here without worrying about the consequences.
1. ship a thing
2. show it to the world
3. make some fixes
4. write what changed
5. document what broke
6. archive the rest Why A Dev Log
A lot of work disappears between commits, local folders, dead screenshots, and projects that never get proper release pages. The interesting part is usually not the clean ending.
It is the messy middle, code that almost worked, the script that solved one problem and created three more, the version in-between the rewrites, the release that still has teeth sharp enough to bite my head off.
That is what I want to keep.
What Will Show Up Here
Expect playable prototypes, dev logs, weird software, tool experiments, archived releases, design notes, and occasional postmortems when something breaks hard enough to deserve a permanent record.
Some entries will be small.
Some will be ugly.
Some will be more useful because why not. But most will probably will just be to sooth my soul.
Conclusion
This exists so the work has somewhere to land before it becomes presentable, and somewhere to stay after everyone moves on.
Games, tools, notes, mistakes, releases, dead ends, and everything or anything I couldn’t find a better place for.
